GET-GEO.AI operates the website get-geo.ai and acts as the data controller for the limited processing described here. You can reach us at get-geo@pm.me with any privacy question or to exercise your rights.

Contact by email. The site has no forms. When you choose to write to us using the published address (get-geo@pm.me), we receive the data you include yourself: your email address, any name you provide and the contents of your message. We use it only to read and answer your enquiry.

Server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical request data (such as IP address, date and time, requested URL and user-agent) so the site runs securely and reliably. We do not use these logs to build profiles or to track you across other sites.

No cookies or tracking. The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, session-recording, advertising or third-party tracking scripts. Because no non-essential cookies are used, no cookie consent banner is required.

Answering enquiries you send us by email — to take steps at your request and our legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Operating and securing the website via server logs — our legitimate interest in the security and stability of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Hosting and content delivery: the site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc.), which processes server-log data on our behalf to deliver the site.

Email: our mailbox is provided by Proton AG (Proton Mail, Switzerland). When you email us, your message is processed and stored by Proton on our behalf.

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertising networks.

Where data is processed outside your country (for example by a provider located in the United States), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We keep email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, then delete it. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider for security and diagnostics.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

If you are in the Russian Federation, we process your personal data (the data you include when emailing us) solely to respond to your enquiry, on the basis of the consent you give by contacting us.
